SERVICES
Our focus is
Machine Building
Our main activity is providing mechanical engineering design services, where we carry out engineering and technical solutions and design for various machines and equipment.
Product Development and Prototyping
We are involved in both the development of new products and the improvement of existing products according to client and market expectations.
3D-scanning
Through laser scanning or 3D surveying, it is possible to create an accurate spatial point cloud of the environment or objects. The results can be used for mapping and analyzing existing buildings and equipment in various fields.
Our expertise is not limited to just these three areas; we also offer consultations, strength calculations (FEM), production planning and optimization, ultrasonic material thickness measurement, and custom software solutions to enhance design efficiency.
OUR STORY
Who is Insero?
Insero OÜ began its operations in 2012 with drawing digitization and simpler design work.
In the summer of 2013, we applied for the Enterprise Estonia (EAS) Startup Grant to acquire the SolidWorks application software license necessary for more complex designing.
As a result of the growth in design capability, the volume and complexity of work increased, and the proportion of exports to Scandinavia grew. In the following years, the team has continuously expanded, and the Autodesk Inventor application software has been more widely adopted.
In 2017, we made a significant investment and acquired the Faro Focus S 70 laser scanner, along with the necessary application software.
Insero OÜ's daily operations have been aligned with the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015, the environmental management system standard ISO 14001:2015, the occupational health and safety management system standard ISO 45001:2018, and the NATO AQAP 2110:2016 standard requirements. Following a successful audit, Bureau Veritas Estonia OÜ issued compliance certificates to us on November 1, 2017.
NATO AQAP 2110 defines quality assurance requirements for design, development, and production.
