Insero: Ideas to Solutions Since 2012
Insero
Insero OÜ began its operations in 2012 with drawing digitization and simpler design work.
In the summer of 2013, we applied for the Enterprise Estonia (EAS) Startup Grant to acquire the SolidWorks application software license necessary for more complex designing.
As a result of the growth in design capability, the volume and complexity of work increased, and the proportion of exports to Scandinavia grew. In the following years, the team has continuously expanded, and the Autodesk Inventor application software has been more widely adopted.
In 2017, we made a significant investment and acquired the Faro Focus S 70 laser scanner, along with the necessary application software.
In 2021, we moved our office to the 8th floor of Kadaka Business Building, where we currently have 470 m² of office space in use.
Insero OÜ's daily operations have been aligned with the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015, the environmental management system standard ISO 14001:2015, the occupational health and safety management system standard ISO 45001:2018, and the NATO AQAP 2110:2016 standard requirements. Following a successful audit, Bureau Veritas Estonia OÜ issued compliance certificates to us on November 1, 2017.
NATO AQAP 2110 defines quality assurance requirements for design, development, and production.
Sustainability
At Insero, we believe that responsible business practices lead to sustainable business. We follow guiding principles in both internal company processes and in the creation of designed solutions.
Environmental conservation - We have mapped and implemented numerous changes in our daily work to reduce our environmental footprint. Starting from reducing the consumption of paper and other small supplies to replacing office lighting with LED lights - a total of 157 lights and bulbs. We also prefer the optimized use of materials and recyclability in the design of solutions. Insero's operations are in compliance with the environmental management system standard ISO 14001:2015.
Social responsibility - Over the years, we have supported various initiatives and events, including the Student Formula, Merkuur, the Tartu Children's Hospital Foundation, CADrina, and several engineering competitions. We actively engage in discussions on education and participate in various workgroups. Insero's operations are in compliance with the occupational health and safety management system standard ISO 45001:2018.
Governance - We value ethical principles and equal treatment in management, and our management system has been brought into compliance with the quality management system standards ISO 9001:2015 and the NATO AQAP 2110:2016 standard. These standards set forth quality assurance requirements for design, development, and project management.
